Shipping policy

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

We ship with Canada Post (Expedited service) and USPS for US orders. Shipping will take 3-15 business days. Please note shipping time is independent from production time. The order may take 3-7 business days for production. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped.

Some orders may be shipped separately. For example, if you order fine art prints and a tote bags. These items may ship separately to protect the products from each other. You will receive shipping notifications for each package.
